2. Power the gimbal up and photograph it holding level, since gimbal health is the single most expensive unknown
3. Note the serial and the model generation, because DJI revises aircraft often and accessories are not interchangeable across them

1. Charge every battery and note honestly how long each lasts recording, since this is the usual weak point.
2. Gather every mount, housing, cage and cable and lay them out, because accessories are a large share of the value.
3. Check the lens or lens cover for scratches, and confirm the waterproof housing seal is intact if one is included.

Do I need to register a drone in the UK?

Most camera drones require an Operator ID for whoever is responsible for it and a Flyer ID for whoever flies it. Mention it, because the buyer inherits that obligation.

Can I sell a drone battery that has swollen?

No. A swollen lithium pack is a fire risk and must not be shipped or passed on. Dispose of it at a proper recycling point and sell the aircraft without it.

How much is a DJI action camera worth?
