• How many pedals are included and whether all function

Preparing and photographing it

1. Confirm the key count and action type, and check every key for dead or uneven notes.
2. Test all three pedals if it has a pedal unit, and check the sustain pedal responds progressively.
3. Note whether the stand is the matching cabinet or a separate X-frame, and gather the manual if you have it.

Strong before Christmas and in September when lessons start. Cabinet models with three pedals sell fastest to families.

Heavy and awkward, effectively collection only for cabinet models. Say whether it is already dismantled and which floor it is on. Portable slabs can be posted in a long box at a cost.

Are cheap keyboards worth selling?

Not for much. Unweighted entry-level keyboards were inexpensive new and there are many about. The weighted digital pianos are a different and better market.

Why has my vintage watch display faded?

The LCD degrades with age and is not economically repairable. Photograph the display as it actually looks rather than at an angle that hides missing segments.
