New with Tags is the highest of the five condition grades on WishThrift. A piece that was bought, washed once and never worn is Like New, however unworn it looks.
Where the line falls
Fabric fails where it moves and rubs: cuffs, collar edges, the seam under the arm and the seat of a trouser.
